The short version
This site collects the minimum needed to run a small business page. No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no behavioural profiling. The list below names every third party that touches your data and what each one does.
What this site uses
Vercel (hosting + analytics)
The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel logs IP addresses and basic request data as part of standard web hosting. The site also uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. Vercel's implementation does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. Cal.com (booking)
When you click a button to book a call, a booking modal loads from Cal.com (EU instance, hosted in the EU). Cal.com handles the calendar, intake form, and the booking record. The modal may set cookies inside its iframe to manage the booking session. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
Loops (email)
If you leave your email through a form on the site, it's stored with Loops, an email service. Loops keeps the contact record so we can follow up. We don't use it for mass marketing or drip campaigns — communication is personal and on a real reason. See Loops' privacy policy.
Stripe (payment, when applicable)
If a paid product is offered on the site (for example a one-off audit), checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects payment details directly — we never see your card number. Stripe also receives your email and billing details to process the payment. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Contact by email
If you email us at hello@wulfsage.com, we receive whatever you send. We use your email only to reply. We don't add you to any mailing list or share your address with anyone.
Cookies
The page itself doesn't set tracking cookies. Vercel Web Analytics is cookie-free. The Cal.com booking modal may set its own session cookies inside its iframe when you open it. Stripe checkout (if used) sets cookies needed for payment processing.
Your rights
If you're in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. The data we'd typically hold is your email address (in Loops) and any messages you've sent us. To request access or deletion, email hello@wulfsage.com. We cannot delete records held directly by Vercel, Cal.com, Loops, or Stripe on your behalf — for those, contact each provider using the policy links above.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date at the top of the page is updated.
